The great pool area was offset by an unpleasant surprise of a dirty first room.

the alantara sanur was a great place to chill! the pool area was surrounded by pretty frangipani trees, making it look stunning. our room was spacious and comfy with a nice garden shower and magnesium salt bath. also, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel had a shuttle that took us around easily.
although the location isn't the best since it's a bit far from the beach and there were some issues with the shower water smell.

My room had a garden shower that felt like a slice of paradise, and the magnesium salt bath was heavenly after a long day. Recommend it for families looking for comfort
The staff made us feel welcome, especially when they helped me with a special vegan meal that blew my mind. The swimming pool area was relaxing, surrounded by plants that made it feel like paradise, I could've stayed there forever,, just soaking it in.
It was pricey but still acceptable,, given the quality of our stay.

My stay was about enjoying the beautiful room ambiance along with the lovely pool area surrounded by gardens, which felt like a tropical paradise. The food served was excellent, particularly the breakfast options, and the staff were always ready to assist with any queries, making the overall experience enjoyable. Although there was a bit of a walk to reach the beach, a convenient shuttle service made it easier to explore the area. I would stay here again if I needed a comfy place close to Sanur.

The gardens were so beautifully manicured, like stepping into a tropical paradise. Every corner felt like an artful oasis with hidden gems of flowers and plants that made it a delight to stroll through, even for seniors.
More seating in the room would be helpful.

The pool area is beautiful, perfect for relaxing. The food options at dinner were a bit limited. Renting bikes made exploring easy, but we found the shower water had a strange smell.

The pool area is a true paradise, perfect for unwinding with the family. The staff’s kindness made the experience even more special, especially when they engaged with our baby. Breakfast was a highlight, thanks to the delicious home-baked bread and the exceptional coffee. the location could be somewhat isolated, requiring a short taxi ride to more bustling areas, and the delay at the pool bar could be improved.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Pool View offers a comfortable space that includes a nice garden shower and magnesium salt bath. The pool area is beautifully surrounded by frangipani trees, providing a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation.
If you have mobility issues, be prepared for two flights of stairs to reach the rooms. The hotel is located on the opposite side of a busy highway, requiring a 30-minute walk to get to the beach, which can be dangerous due to traffic. the linens were stained upon arrival, leading to a request for clean replacements, which is not something I'd expect. While there is a shuttle to the beach, it only runs every two hours, making access less convenient.
